The Untold Fable of Fritz
About this show
A Piece inspired by Philip Pullman's short story,
‘Clockwork’.
White snow sweeps down from the mountain tops of the
Neuchstein region, freezing over the valleys and the hearts of all the people
that live within it. At the foot of the tallest peak, reside the inhabitants of
Brutzenvien and their King. Through this everlasting stone-cold ice age, the
King's son soon falls ill, and the King pledges to do all in his power to save
his heir. But how far will he go?
This is a devised show that uses a clothing rail in every
way possible and 3 actors playing around 15 characters in under 50 minutes. An
imaginative exploration into a magical world. With dance sequences, puppetry
and live music, this show is a creative explosion!
The only way to describe this show is if Horrible Histories
and Monty Python had created a Narnia-esque world ...with puppets.
