Miles brings over a decade of theatre management experience to the team at The Playhouse Theatre. After graduating MA Creative Producing at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, he has independently produced and directed theatre in London and Edinburgh. Since late 2025, the addition of Miles has sparked a new energy within the theatre which now storms forward into its ‘Thrive’ era.

Gerry joined the Playhouse in 2021 and, like many before her, she felt the pull of the theatre and stuck around to help the building flourish. Having learnt the way of the Playhouse, and utilising her Master’s degree in Touring Theatre, Gerry has seen the theatre through thick and thin. She’s always on hand to help sort a technical issue and loves to teach budding technicians everything she knows.

Our vibrant and informative marketing is mostly thanks to Toni. Her fabulous artwork and organisational skills keep the audiences returning to the Playhouse show after show. Since joining in 2023, Toni has produced stunning posters, engaging what’s on flyers and most importantly a quirky and playful energy to add to the Playhouse’s online presence. You might occasionally see her working the bar during a show or you can catch her during the Cheltenham Fringe week, of which she is co-founder.
