Online bookings fees comprise of:
A 95p ticket processing fee per ticket (applicable to the first 15 tickets per transaction). Unless otherwise stated in the event details online processing fees apply to all events apart from cinema. And a £1.50 Restoration Levy per ticket for events taking place at the Cheltenham Playhouse (applicable to the first 15 tickets per transaction) further information on the restoration levy can be found here.
If you do not wish to pay the Restoration Levy please purchase tickets in person or via the telephone, where you will be asked about the Restoration Levy.
Online bookings are subject to variable fees based on the total number of tickets purchased at checkout. As these cannot be calculated in advance they are broken down at payment and outlined above.
No processing fees are applicable for telephone and in-person bookings. Postage is not required, as tickets are free to collect on the night or during box office hours, but is avaliable to a UK address for an additional cost of £1.50 per transaction.
If you wish to make a donation to the Playhouse this can be done seperatley (with the option of Gift Aid) during the booking process.
Ticket exchanges for a different time/date for the same performance are charged at £2 per ticket.
All sales are final unless a performance is cancelled, in which case we will refund the ticket and any booking fees. We can only refund tickets (excluding booking fees) if you return your tickets to us and we successfully resell them after all other seats have been sold; a £2 fee per ticket is charged for this service.
