CFF25: Budgens & Dragons: There's a Scratchcard Waiting in the Sky!
This event is part of our Cheltenham Fringe Festival 2025, and will be taking place in our Green Room Bar.
Budgens & Dragons is an unfair, actual play, rogue-like, DND-lite adventure with a very simple task: Go to the local Budgens in Faringdon and buy Mother a scratch card. The catch is, the DM is trying to kill everyone before this happens. Stuck in a time loop, our players will have to use their smarts and stupids in order to get around this very simple but near-impossible adventure.
Will our heroes finally be able to deliver Mother the scratch card she wants? Will Mother finally be able to relax and enjoy a nice cup of tea in peace? Or will everyone instead go down to the local chippy and set it on fire again and then get arrested and be unable to complete the task like last years attempt? The only way to find out is by being at the show!
